Personalised Nick Spencer Gundagai Light Dry Red 2021 12.5% 750ml
Up until as late as the 1980’s Australian red wines were often named as Clarets or Burgundies broadly based on their style and the varieties they were made from. Whilst the nomenclature was incorrect the concept of blending varieties to craft a particular style of wine was brilliant and celebrated. With both the Gundagai medium dry red and the Gundagai light dry red I pay homage to our rich Australian winemaking history and these unique styles of wine. The Gundagai light dry red is a blend of Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Shiraz.
