Returns Policy

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

At Personalised Cellars, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

In line with the consumer guarantees, we do not accept returns if you have received the product as described on our website but have change of mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

If in the event your purchase has a major problem, we will refund your money or exchange the goods upon presentation of your proof of purchase.  In the event that your purchase has a minor problem that can be fixed easily and within a reasonable time, we will choose whether to provide you with a replacement that is identical or of similar value, repair the goods within a reasonable time or give you a refund.

Product Condition & Promotional Packaging

We take great care to ensure that our fragile products are meticulously packed to prevent damage to the bottle during transit. Our products are delivered to us by our supplier and shipped out by us using various courier services. By purchasing a product from The Wine Providore, you understand and acknowledge that any outer packaging may arrive with some imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the contents. We strive to ensure that all products are well-protected, but slight imperfections in the exterior packaging may be beyond our control.

Personalised Products

We provide services that allow some products to be personalised. As the personalisation process is irreversible and subject to our Terms Of Service and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, any customised products ordered by you are non-refundable including if there are errors in the engraving to the words, font, size or location of the engraving.
