Pale garnet with brick red hues. Fragrant aromas of rosehip, red cherry, cranberry and red currant with cured meats, aniseed and musk, and hints of ginger root, ground nutmeg and dried thyme. An intense, complex, and supple medium-bodied palate of spicy puréed strawberry, cranberry, raspberry and truffle, with a crisp acid line and long chalky tannins on the finish.

Nick Stock, James Suckling-  93 points "The nose is all raspberry, red cherry and rose with a side serve of dried forest wood and leaves. The palate rolls in fleshy and the gently tangy redcurrant and red cherry flavours are carried on fine, fluffy tannins." 10 NOVEMBER 2021.
