Personalised Gabrielskloof Chenin Blanc 13.5% 750ml

The Chenin Blanc is part of our Gabriëlskloof Range, together with the Rosebud, Sauvignon Blanc, The Blend and Syrah. This range offers a selection of boutique-style wines that always over-deliver on quality and value.

Vinification
The Chenin Blanc 2024 was fermented wild in barrels (70%) and stainless steel tanks (30%) and left on its lees for seven months before bottling.

Tasting note
The nose shows white peach, loquat and thatch before a palate defined by stone fruits and citrus with a mealy, marzipan-like texture that coats the mouth. Fresh acidity cuts into this generosity of fruit, the tang and texture of lime leaf and salted macadamias conspiring for an extended finish.
