James Halliday TOP 100 WINES OF 2021- 95 Points. A 60/40% blend; part left with solids in stainless steel barrels to complete wild fermentation, the rest fermented at 12-13C in tank. Citrus/lemon blossom/cut grass aromas set the scene for the complex palate with both texture and structure achieved without the use of oak.
