A beautifully balanced cool climate shiraz, with restrained, perfumed fruit, abundant peppery spice, and high quality oak adding a perfectly in-tune cedary note. It takes time to open up, but the satiny texture and slightly tart berry flavours are compelling. (Steve Creber)
