Sweet citrus meets red apple joins nougat, ginger lemon honey tea and cashew. Lots of fragrance, good, juicy and slick texture with a pleasing, talc-like mineral finish and great extension of flavour. Sits softly in the palate, a richer, but not too rich feel to the wine, with generosity of everything a byword in this description. It feels super pleasing and full of character. Today, Tim and Judy are retired, but are joined by their daughter Rosie and a small, dedicated team.
