The restrictive soils force the vines to dig deep, concentrating flavors and creating remarkable textural weight. Each sip unfolds with pristine clarity - white peach and quince meld with mineral undertones, while the signature beeswax character builds to an almost ethereal finish. The wine's natural acidity provides perfect balance, allowing the fruit's inherent power to shine through without overwhelming the palate. Ripe pear, honey, bliss.

WINEMAKERS COMMENTS

Produced from riesling grown biodynamically at the Grosset Rockwood Vineyard.
