The state of the art Rectoral do Umia winery, where Abellio Albarino is made, is located in the Salnes Valley and was built in 2009. The vineyards are located on some of the best sites of Rias Baixas. The fruit, hand-harvested in early September, reaches the winery within two hours of harvest in 18 kg crates.
